I have small breasts, I wonder if they grow older?

I'm 14 years old in January. I was 10 and I am 1.63 m tall. I have my breasts, ready, small. And I wanted to know if they are still growing more? My relatives (mother, aunts, cousins) are all with medium-large breasts. Can I also get these sizes?
