I am 16 years old and I am about 20 kg overweight ...

Hi, I'm 16 years old and I'm about 20 kg overweight that I want, I'm weighing around 80 kg and I want to weigh 60. (Actually 60 is a dream, but at 65 I would already be happy) I was always thin and I started to I was thinking about starting to take victoza or lipiblock (which are no problem if mixed with the ones I already have). And I was also thinking about taking laxatives together, I know that laxatives can be dangerous if taken frequently and that I can get dehydrated, obviously I will drink lots of water together. Does that make me lose weight? I've already made lots of diets, of all kinds, but usually I end up getting decompensated with diets and I end up getting sick, so I thought the remedies could help me. Thank you very much in advance.
Expert answer:

Forget the laxatives, this is not at all rational. With regard to medicines, it may be a good option, but you need a medical evaluation and a doctor to follow the treatment to lose weight and provide the proceeds for the purchase of the medicine.
