I have panic and anxiety syndrome, I take medicine ...

Hello doctor I was diagnosed with panic / anxiety syndrome. For some time now she had been taking Lyrica, Sedoxil and Fluoxetine. I improved and about a month ago the doctor thought I was already stable and proposed to reduce the medication. So I started taking 1 sedoxil and 1 livetan in the evening and 1 livetan for breakfast and lunch, but I did not feel completely well. I would like to stop with Sedoxil. My pharmacist told me about 5HTP which as a natural product could take. My doctor is on vacation and I would like to know if I can take it or not and under what conditions (only with livetan or sedoxil). I would also like to know if acupuncture could help me overcome these crises. Thank you!
Expert answer:

In fact regarding your medications you need to take a bit of care with these changes made on your own, your frame is still very sensitive to changes in the drug (sign that you are not totally well). The ideal is to wait for your doctor to come back and not make these changes on your own. Of course the decision is yours, but avoid self-medication, especially against a panic disorder.

Acupuncture can really help you, but I'll give you a better tip: homeopathy, I've had some patients with panic syndrome who have had concomitant treatment with homeopathic remedies with great results.
