Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic, ie, indicated to relieve pain and fever. The antibiotic is a medication that treats infection (usually caused by bacteria or fungi). It is still common to have fever and pain at the start of antibiotic treatment, so you can use paracetamol or another equivalent in combination with the antibiotic.
O paracetamol has a great potential to cause liver problems, so care should be taken with regard to use along with alcohol and other drugs (such as Isoniazid used to treat tuberculosis).
Use medication only with medical indication.
