A month ago and a few days ago I had a relationship, I took the pill the next day, and a month later my menses came, with a normal flow of 5 days, and strong. However, within 5 days I feel tired, drowsy, and nauseated. But, I also have some spots on the skin, is it worm or pregnancy?
