Do fingers change color when temperature drops?

The fingers of my hands become colored, some white, some purple, some red, and the rest normal. They get cold and hurt like when we hold ice in our hands. This happens when the temperature drops from minus 17 degrees. I am 62 years old, I have cardiac arrhythmia, cataract, high blood pressure, varicosities. What could it be? I'm worried! Which doctor to look for?
Expert answer:

This is a circulation problem and is related to your illnesses, you should continue with your usual doctors.
