I did a Postectomy for aesthetic reasons and for improvement ...

Good morning, congratulations to the site! I had a Postectomy for cosmetic reasons and for performance improvement almost 1 month ago (01/12/11). But the swelling passed and remained a small "lump", as if it were a callus under the skin or a clot, I'm not sure, it is hard and becomes a little more evident when the penis is erect. My urologist said it may be a vein with fibrosis (but he did not seem to know what it was), and prescribed me a healing salve, Contractubex I'm using besides the other degermants he'd already prescribed. I've seen some similar questions about the same problem on some sites, but none with conclusive answers. I would like the report of someone who has gone through something similar or a professional that can clarify to me if this will disappear with time, because it was kind of strange and uncomfortable at the time of penetration. Thank you very much in advance.
Expert answer:

This type of residual scar injury needs to be surgically removed, in some cases the ointment resolves (it may take months). Your urologist may have to reoperate and remove this lump (if possible or indicated).
