Tingling after taking multiple injections can be serious?

Good afternoon I have a sore throat and cough, I went to an otolaryngologist and the same indicated me an injection of Bezetacil on the buttock on the left side and a Diprospan on the thigh on the right side. I took them both yesterday about midnight. I make use of the contraceptive Perlutan it was applied on Monday on the buttock on the right side. Now after a 12 hrs I realized that my two hands and forearms were tingling and this tingling persists. I wonder if it could be some serious reaction because of the combination of these drugs and what should I do?
Expert answer:

It may be a reaction regarding the medication, if it is serious not to give to affirm (in my understanding does not seem to be), you should return to a doctor if your symptoms persist.
