I have felt pain and numbness for more than a year in the hands ...

I am 50 years old and diagnosed as having thyroid hypothyroidism. The fact is that I have been in pain and numbness for more than a year in my hands and no doctor can find out the cause because I do the routine exams and all the basics that would justify this situation and nothing is discovered. I am overweight 20 kg but I am following a strict diet of the endocrinologist but there are no results, my father was diabetic and died due to renal insufficiency he was on dialysis and my mother died of infarction; I do not know if these details help but would like a suggestion for new procedures that would bring me some relief or healing. Thankful!
