Whenever you have a relationship without protection regardless of whether or not you ejaculate inside the vagina, there is always the risk of pregnancy, so answering your first question: yes you are at risk of becoming pregnant (small given the circumstances, but there is). Answering your second question: Yes, the morning-after pill may delay or even advance your period. Wait a few more days and if you continue without going down take the pregnancy test.
