I'm 46 years old and with some symptoms, can I be pregnant?

I'm 46 years old, I went to the gynecologist and he said that I still have an ovule, I take the pill but I always have 2 or 3, last month my cycle was very little, I'm feeling very weak pains in the belly below and nausea, the pill ended yesterday, be pregnant? I'm afraid. thanks!

While there is ovulation there is always the risk of getting pregnant, but if you are taking the contraceptive well right need not be afraid that it will not get pregnant.
