I took M-Droll and after that my period was delayed?

I took 45 m-droll capsules after that my menstruation is delayed and it's almost 4 months since my period does not come. I did a blood test in the second month that did not go down to see if I was pregnant, but it was negative and it's already in the 4 month, is there any danger of the test going wrong and I being pregnant?
