Mouth sky sore and it looks like it has some lumps. What can it be?

I have a sore mouth and when I pass my tongue I notice that there are lumps that give the sensation of blisters caused by burns. It does not hurt, but if I pass my tongue I feel sore. What can it be?

Sore mouth with pimples can be a sign of thrush, inflammatory lesions or yet cancer of the mouth.

At canker sores are painful wounds, which are usually preceded by burning and itching and also by the appearance of a reddish area, in which the lesion will develop.

The lumps in the roof of the mouth can also be bubbles caused by:

  • Inflammatory bowel disease;
  • Allergic reactions to food, medicines and chemicals;
  • Contact dermatitis;
  • Impetigo;
  • Stress;
  • Decline of immunity;
  • Common Pemphigus.

Already the mouth cancer, in addition to lumps, may also manifest the following signals and symptons:

  • Sores on the lip or mouth that do not heal;
  • Swelling;
  • Numbness in some areas of the mouth;
