You can see worms by ultrasound!

A few months ago I was feeling something moving in my belly like a fetus, except my gynecologist said I'm not pregnant! Some people say it can be worms! I wanted to know if the ultrasound of total abdomen would show to be worms, because I did one and the doctor said that he saw nothing different!

Ultrasound is not used to see worms. Eventually in specific situations it may even be used, not in your case.
