When calling the poisoning service, have the medicine pack in hands and the following information:
- Age, sex and weight of the victim;
- How long ago the overdose occurred;
- Presence of symptoms or not.
Follow the instructions given by the toxicological and take the person to a hospital as a matter of urgency, taking also the package or the package insert.
