I have difficulty concentrating and learning, memory ...

Good night. I have a lot of difficulty concentrating, memory (forgetting, doing things and I do not understand, etc) and learning difficulties since I was little, but I never dealt with. Now in college, in the last year, when I need to be totally focused on the activities, I started to pay more attention to my reality and see how much this problem was affecting me both there and at work. I started taking a medicine on behalf of an acquaintance, and searching the internet I noticed that several students end up taking this medication without going to the neurologist. The name is Nootropil (adult / pediatric). I have headaches often, in fact I started having headaches well before I even took the above medication I always had. So last week I went to the emergency room with a neurologist, because it was already the third day that I was in severe pain and it was migraine, the pain I feel is only on one side of the head and the clarity usually annoys a lot, besides being seasick. I did not dare say I had started taking the medicine that day on my own, I was ashamed. Yesterday, after 8 days of taking the medication, I started feeling pinched on the right side of my head, it was so unbearable that when I came in it felt my right eye closed without my control. Today I'm still feeling, but I had a feeling of about 6/7 needles. I'm worried, I'll try to book a neurologist as soon as possible, but as long as I do not want to know what diagnoses might be. Can it really be migraine (even I have never felt this feeling)? Or even stress? I'm scared because I read some things about Aneurysm. I await a brief reply. Thank you!
Expert answer:

It seems even a migraine (the symptoms are compatible) regarding an aneurysm is an unusual hypothesis (rare indeed), especially in a young adult. Take the opportunity with the neurologist to start treating your memory, concentration, and learning problem more adequately.
