I have doubt that has left me worried ...

Please clarify a doubt that has left me extremely worried, anxious and even sick. A colleague, who says he has HIV in play when he was going to take a shower in a gym, put his hand on my penis and testicles, squeezing me for a few seconds when he was ready to take his bath. I ask this because when he was getting ready to take the shower he had passed his hand on his penis, the fact that he had been in contact with his penis and later what I said happened, could this reaction have transmitted HIV?
Expert answer:

The virus HIV is not transmitted by physical contact in this way.

This occurs when there is unprotected sexual intercourse (without the use of condoms), sharing of contaminated needles or syringes, work accident, blood transfusion or from mother to child in pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding.
