A ball in the groin can be cancer?

Appeared near the groin a little ball looks more like swelling and when I go to sleep I realize that this ball drops this can be cancer or what can be?

It may even be a cancer, but the chance is very small there are many other things that can cause "ball" in the groin, most of them are related to inflammation or infections or hernia.
