Headache in the region above the eyes, muscle aches ...

I have a headache (3 days), I had an external fever and I think I have a fever inside because my lip is dry. The head ache in the region above the eyes and when I look sideways or make any sudden movement my eyes hurt. My skin is itchy and I have muscle aches. In research on the internet I have seen that various diseases can be hepatitis, dengue, TMD including HIV. I do not feel nauseous or vomiting. What can it be?
Expert answer:

It really looks like a viral infection, but I think the list of most likely viruses should have more than a hundred, including Dengue (only if in an endemic region) the others you can discard or put them at the bottom of the list.
