My head is making a strange noise ...

My head is making a strange noise, it sounds like the sound of the vehicles walking, that we hear in a neighborhood of a big city. It is not, therefore, in silent hours like dawn, I hear this noise in the head. And when I say it increases the noise and when I stop talking, the noise decreases. I take medication for arrhythmia and for high blood pressure. I have cataract problems, I've done applications in the retina. Is there anything to see?
Expert answer:

What you have is tinnitus. Tinnitus may be present with its other diseases, but it is usually associated with diseases of the labyrinth (an organ that lies deep in the ears). Tinnitus can be caused by physical illness and emotional problems. You need to look for an otolaryngologist.
