My penis does not have a normal size, but given the fact that it is "embedded" in my scrotum. Through research I conducted on the internet, I deduced that I have a penescrotal fusion, in which the skin of the penis and the scrotum are fused. Despite this conclusion I would like an orientation of which type of medical specialist I should look for ... if in the case should it be a urologist surgeon or an andrologist or some other modality that performs this type of intimate surgery? I'm 25 years old.
