Have I expelled a white cylindrical thing through the feces?

I have expelled a white cylindrical thing, similar to cooked pasta, along with feces. I have already expelled 5 of them always equal. I took a picture of the last one next to a bottle cap to get a sense of size. It should be one centimeter in diameter by about 2 and 1/2 of length. In the city where I live we do not have much recourse. I have many abdominal cramps. They had it analyzed in a laboratory ... but I feel like no one has ever seen anything like it and they do not tell me anything about it. A long time ago I had tapeworm, but I blew it all out.
