The diagnosis of skin lesions is usually made by direct observation of the lesion, without seeing the wound it is difficult to hit the diagnosis, then I would be kicking and maybe I would hit by luck. Ideally your case (long-standing wound) would be to do some exams of the wound, look for a dermatologist.
