I had a wart, I had surgery and the stitches opened ...

Good Afternoon, I had a wart on my elbow (right in the arm fold area) some time ago and I finally decided to have surgery to remove it. The surgery went well and they put 7 points. After 8 days I removed 3 points. After 2 days of removing the 3 points, I removed the remaining 4 points. After about 36 hours the wound opened. I went to the doctor and they said there was nothing to be done and they put on a dressing and ointment (beige) and asked to go there after two days just to change the dressing. I wonder if the scar will look like a crater (as it seems to be), or if it will get a normal scar, or if it will get a little scar aesthetic or, finally, if the scar will be permanent or if after a little or some time ends up "disappearing." Thank you, Ricardo.
Expert answer:

Healing will occur normally, it will be more time consuming and the esthetic result is usually bad, that is, most of the time it gets an ugly scar when this happens.
