Does retroversion uterus interfere to get pregnant?

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and I discovered by ultrasound that I also have a retroversion uterus. I'm getting treatment to get pregnant and I want to know if that uterus position affects anything and if my case is difficult and time-consuming.
Expert answer:

No, uterus in retroversion (retroverted) does not interfere to get pregnant or make pregnancy difficult. The retroverted uterus is just the anatomical position of the uterus, which instead of facing forward is facing backwards.

However, this does not cause any changes in the organ, does not hinder pregnancy, does not cause problems for gestation and also does not prevent the woman to have a normal birth.

The retroverted uterus does not cause symptoms and is only detected during the ultrasound examination.

The only problem that retroversion of the uterus can cause in pregnancy is if it is fixed, around the 3rd or 4th month of gestation.

This situation may urine retention and some discomfort to urinate. However, after this stage, gestation proceeds normally without any interference from the retroverted uterus.

The gynecologist may clarify other doubts regarding this matter.
