I accidentally took 2 contraceptive pills ...

Hi I accidentally took 2 pills of contraception together without need by mistake in the first week of the pack. In the third week, condoms burst, I was worried and I took Pilula the next day (with a little over 12hrs and the 2 long ones together). Is there a risk of pregnancy due to the last length of the card?
