I had an ultrasound and I had no heart or embryo?

I did a transvaginal ultrasound on January 19th and everything was fine with the baby I saw the embryo and it was stated that I was 6 weeks old, I did another February 10th only that it was not transvaginal, the doctor said that I did not have the embryo anymore and that I had no heartbeat, but he did not turn on the ultrasound audio and I had no bleeding, no pain, no discharge, it could be a doctor's mistake, I should make another transvaginal mistake to confirm the loss?
