If the baby had a problem would it be on the ultrasound?

Hi, I'm 32 weeks pregnant I did a Doppler ultrasound, have a week, if my baby had a problem, would it be on the ultrasound?

Some problems can appear on the ultrasound, not all, but a normal ultrasound is a good indicator of absence of problems (only one indicator, sure only after the baby is born).
