Menstrual delay is usually the first and most important symptom of pregnancy; others appear only in the second or third month of pregnancy; eventually some nausea, dizziness and pressure drops may already appear in the first month.
The pregnancy test done in the laboratory (pharmacy has no medical validity) is only indicated after 15 days of menstrual delay (or at the discretion of your doctor).
However, the pregnancy test can already be positive even before the delay of menstruation, but it is not indicated to do (control your anxiety ...).
