Risperidone and Caffeine: Can I Take It Together?

I use risperidone, in my case the side effect that bugs me is sleep, some time I started to take caffeine and / or guarana capsules to make me more awake. My question is: Since caffeine raises dopamine levels, do I take any risks when taking the two substances? Can I take risperidone and then caffeine? Thank you very much in advance.

THE risperidone can present some Side effects such as anxiety, agitation, dizziness, difficulty concentrating.
