I put on the neck lump biopsy, is that a good sign?

I HAVE A BODY IN THE NECK, I WENT TO MAKE A BIOPSY AND LEFT PUS THIS IS A GOOD SIGN OR NOT

You can not tell if it's a good sign, it could mean it's just inflammatory (that would be great), but only the result of the pathological anatomy to tell you what it is.
