Description of a typical case of vaginal candidiasis!

Good morning, doctor, I'm very afraid, because a month or so ago, I had a urinary tract infection, I burned a lot with azithromycin passed by the doctor and I healed. After 20 days or so, a white discharge appeared in my vagina. not in liquid but rather in bulk appearing cream of milk, when urinating does not burn more in the sexual act burns a little, and my groin is swollen, please help me, this will be because cause of azithromycin, I also took together metronizadol in tablets 20 cp , and gel 10 days, I urgently await reply.
