I have shivering in my head. What can it be and what to do?

I've been shaking my head lately. This happens a lot, especially when I get scared or when I'm nervous. The mere fact that, for example, I write and someone looks at me suddenly causes the tremor. Or, out of nowhere, I also tremble, I'm very sensitive. I do not know if it's stress, shyness or fear. How to solve this? Thanks.
Expert answer:

If the tremors in the head are triggered by scares, nervousness, anxiety or stress, they are likely to have an origin psychological.

Muscle cramps and spasms can have many causes. The origin may be in the nerve, in the muscle or even have emotional background, as stress, anxiety, nervousness.

There are still neurological diseases which cause tremors, which can worsen in times of increased stress.

In your specific case, it is best to look for a psychiatric doctor, since the problem seems to be related to psychological and emotional factors.
