Is Tiratricol Remedy for Weight Loss Dangerous?

Hello I'm taking a medicine to lose weight and it contains 0.35mg of tiratricol I wonder if it is dangerous or if that amount is not harmful, take 2 capsules a day, I await response, grateful.
