My symptoms seem generic, which doctor to look for?

Hello, I used this way to ask questions precisely because with my symptoms (which seem pretty generic) I do not know which doctor to look for to investigate better. I have recently had symptoms that have damaged my productivity in the day to day and have prevented me from to perform tasks at times simple. The ones that never cease and disturb most are the severe pains in the neck and shoulders (I never find a comfortable position to sit or lie down), the excess of sleep- sometimes I can sleep 10 or 12 hours in a day and still feel tired. And lately palpitations, and strong dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, feeling of falling and fainting. My appetite has been very irregular, I have created aversion to several foods that I have always eaten. As a lot less, and only a few select types of food, and when as the food does not seem more appetizing as I remembered. Going well to concentrate on something, the memory is very bad. I often get lost in talking when I'm talking to someone and sometimes talking becomes difficult and my speech gets worse. I have a lot of anxiety and compulsive behaviors. My PMS has gotten stronger, I get more sensitive and emotional all the time and the menstrual cramps also get worse and worse. My allergies have intensified, whenever I wake up my throat is very sore. I have been this way for a few months, and whenever I do complete blood tests, glucose, cholesterol, hormones and everything else, everything comes out normal. I do not go to doctors a lot, I only do general blood and urine tests once a year, and I regularly go to the gynecologist and ophthalmologist alone. I'm 22 years old. 1.58m in height, in the last two months I have varied between 43 and 44.5kg. I would like to know which doctor I should consult reporting the symptoms, which of these symptoms are relevant and should be mentioned and with what kind of problem I may be dealing with. Thank you
Expert answer:

Look for a general practitioner or psychiatrist. You should always report all your symptoms, all are important; the psychiatrist's recommendation may scare a little, but that's my opinion. You can start with a general practitioner and from then on your doctor can guide you the best way forward.
