My daughter had pneumonia and continues with chest noise?

My daughter is 8 months old. He had bronchopneumonia, but he was being treated at home with amoxicillin. Today 10 days of antibiotics, she did not have a fever anymore that noise of secretion does not leave her chest and back. The pediatrician said she only repeated the radiograph if the fever returned but I'm worried. Is there any danger that the infection may have continued?
Expert answer:

Ideally, you should rely on her general state (she is active, behaving in the normal way she is), the presence of a fever, and if she is feeding well. If any of the above factors are changed, return to your Pediatrician. Continuing with a rumble of phlegm in the chest means that it is very secreted yet, not necessarily that secretion means pneumonia or bronchopneumonia.
