Tall baby in the baby is a sign of increased pressure inside the skull, which suggests some inflammation or accumulation of fluid in the brain. The high or bulging belle may indicate a picture of meningitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral edema, intracranial hemorrhage, head trauma, among many other situations or diseases that increase internal pressure of the head and can cause serious damage to the baby's brain development.

- Meningitis: Inflammation of the membrane that protects the brain and spinal cord, caused by viral or bacterial infection;
- Hydrocephalus: Excess fluid in the brain. May be present at birth or be due to injury or infection;
- Encephalitis: Brain inflammation caused by viral or bacterial infection;
- Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy: Edema (swelling) and brain damage that occur due to lack of oxygen in the brain over an extended period of time;
- Intracranial haemorrhage: Bleeding inside the skull;
- Head trauma: Any blow or blow to the head is considered a cranial trauma, which depending on the intensity can cause swelling inside the skull and increase the intracranial pressure, leaving the molleira high.
