I want to know what these changes mean in my exam?

I want to know about the result transvaginal ultrasonography: uterus in RVF, measuring 74x47x43mm (LXTXAP), regular contours and heterogeneous texture. Morphologically normal uterine cervix and endocervical canal. Endometrium with regular contours, measuring 10mm. Right ovary of increased size, measuring 64x27mm presenting two cystic images, measuring 25mm (with internal echoes) hematic cyst ?; and another measuring 19 mm. Left ovary measuring 30x21 mm, presenting small follicles. Liquid free in douglas bag bottom in moderate quantity.
Expert answer:

Like all other exams that exist transvaginal ultrasonography is only part of the whole (clinical history, physical examination, diagnostic assumptions, exams, therapeutic response ...). In your case it is an altered exam, which says a lot, it will be of great help to your doctor, but if you want to know what it is, it is difficult to say exactly, are ovaries that are enlarged at the expense of cysts (more worrying in the right side), can mean only cysts without any importance as they can mean more serious diseases. You must return to your doctor as soon as possible and show the exam.
