I want to get pregnant, can I take 5HTP?

I am 31 years old and have stopped taking 3 days of taking contraceptive pills, I am taking folic acid. I would take a formula that is 5HTP (100mlg) for anxiety. I would like to know if there is any contraindication in this period in which I can become pregnant. If in some way it can affect the development of the fetus or disrupt it to get pregnant. anxiously awaiting response. thanks!
