I have hypothyroidism for 10 years ...

I've had hyperthyroidism for 10 years now. I have always taken Eutirox 100mg and the TSH level has always remained between 0.95 and 1.1 and now the dosage of the drug decreases to 88mg and in the last exam (I do every 3 months) the TSH was 4.98. What does that mean? Should I worry?
Expert answer:

In fact, I believe your disease is hypothyroidism. At first the TSH level is still normal, it means that the dose of the remedy is adequate and there is no need for concern.
