Suspected pregnancy, can I take ciprofloxacin?

I am suspected of being pregnant, I can take ciprofloxacin. My period is two days early and it has passed 1 day and I have not protected myself with anything, can I be pregnant?

If you are pregnant I do not know, but if you had menstruation there is no reason to think about pregnancy. You should not take this medicine if you are suspected of being pregnant.
