Fever, vomiting and diarrhea, what treatment for fever?

Patient A.A.M, age 28, black and resident of the city of São Paulo, admitted to the hospital with a fever of 40.0 degrees, and still had diarrhea and intense vomiting. The same said we still had lunch there a day earlier mayonnaise in a restaurant. What would be the best treatment to revert to fever and the route of administration?
Expert answer:

That's what, a medical test? It is not allowed to prescribe drugs through the site. But as they expect me to write something, I would say that the fever is the symptom I would least be concerned about treating, even because the fever would subside as soon as the cause and the other symptoms are treated. I would medicate this patient with anti-thermal and anti-emetic intravenously or muscular because if the patient is vomiting the oral administration would be impaired, but can be tried if the vomits are not very intense and the person is in good general condition and well hydrated.
