Is there a damp liquid coming out of my navel with a strong odor?

I'm 22 years old and I've had a problem for about 2 years. I have had a pasty liquid released by the navel during this period with a strong odor, but it does not come out of the navel spontaneously ... only if I take it in the navel I feel that it has this liquid. Usually when I'm nervous this happens and I'm very worried. I would like help! Thanks, Larissa
