Dr. My problem is the following, I felt a very strong pain with burning in the stomach, then I felt a heat in the region of the belly and my intestine began to make strange noises, from there I was with gases trapped and pains in the stomach and belly, I lost a lot I weigh approximately 5 kilos and now I am feeling weak, I am very worried, I did endoscopy and gave: mild enanthematous pangastritis; all these symptoms may be of this pangastrite and my gut got very deregulated. When I tighten my belly it looks like it has a lot of gas and it makes a strange noise. Please help ... Thank you.
