I had a lot of pain in my breasts. Could I be pregnant?

I menstruated 14 days normally and after 2 weeks after menstruation I felt a lot of pain in my breasts. I was worried and on the 8th of the following month I did a pharmacy test without even having a menstrual delay and the test was negative. Is it possible to be pregnant even though I am only with sore and swollen breasts? (I'm not having any other symptoms of pregnancy headache, nausea, fatigue etc).
Expert answer:

If you had sex without using any contraceptive method there is a chance of being pregnant, but the main symptom is the menstrual delay. The other symptoms together with the menstrual delay are important. Pain in the breasts with nothing else associated is only pain in the breasts and nothing else, does not mean pregnancy at first.
