Dizziness, vomiting craving and pressure on the nose next nose?

I am very dizzy, I vomit and a lot of pressure on the face next to the nose, I went to the doctor and they told me it was chronic sinusitis but I did not get better even after taking the medication what can this be?

It may be sinusitis even if it did not respond to treatment or may be something else (migraine is the most likely).
