Does the glans exposed in the underwear lose sensitivity?

Is it true that if I leave the exposed glans inside the underwear it loses sensitivity and it takes longer to ejaculate in sexual intercourse?

It is unlikely that this will work much, it may even help, but it does not resolve, because premature ejaculation is more related to anxiety than to penile sensitivity.
