Using Dexalgen and Dolamin Flex, have I discovered that I am pregnant?

I went to the doctor with a lot of pain in the cervical region. The doctor prescribed me injectable Dexalgen and Dolamin Flex. I started the treatment and I took two doses of the first medicine and I continue taking the other one. I have now discovered that I am pregnant. What are the risks to the baby?
