Is there a method of postectomy that removes excess skin?

Good afternoon, then I have a small "problem", if it can be so called. I did the brake removal for a year or so and before that I already had an excess of skin that when my erect penis gets accumulated under the glans, it bothers me aesthetically, and it seems that it is abnormal. I do not feel good at the time of the relationship, and to put on the condom I get in a lot of trouble. I would like to know if you have a method of postectomy that partially removes this skin?
