Is there surgery to get rid of excess belly fat?

When I did the cesarean, the doctor asked if I could make a bigger cut and after the delivery I take the excess fat out of my belly, is it true that it exists?

This type of surgery is yes, it's called abdominoplasty and I've had patients who did it during cesarean section, I just can not say if it's right for me to do it together with cesarean surgery (probably there should not be any problems).
